Schnucks Dorsett is my go to local grocery store. Prices are very reasonable and if you download the app there are tons of deals, freebies, and Schnucks cash rewards. Employees are very helpful and usually friendly. The store is kept clean and even has a robot scanner that rooms the isles. Love that the deli offers Schnucks brand or Boars Head meats and cheeses. There is a fairly new area in the deli where you can order ahead then shop and pick up at the end, but I have to say I prefer getting a number and talking to an employee when getting food from the deli. My main concern at this location is the parking lot. I have had my car hit by carts twice now, and there is always tons of litter in the parking spots.
This location is close to my home and I visit here frequently. Their convenience foods packaged to heat and eat are amazing and better than any I've seen elsewhere- think salmon and veggies in a bag you can microwave or oven heat and viola you have a healthy meal in minutes! I do not care for the floorplan of this location. The bakery area is tiny, the flowers section is not easy to move through, the deli is awkward and the frozen foods section is smaller than most Schnuck's locations.
Chase you must be going to some dive store beca I have never had anything but great experiences in this store the last 6 years. Maybe you should stick to Whole foods so you can pay more for less and have your ego Stroked.
Love this store. Its a huge grocery store with a little bit of everything. You can find things here that you won't see elsewhere. The deli/vegetable section is big. Plan on an hour to shop.
This is a great Schnuck's. Their produce section is good, as is their deli counter. In fact, they just installed a new feature to their deli counter that allows you to go to a kiosk in the store to pre-order your deli items. Then you just go up later and pick up your order without having to wait. ...yet another way that the robots are slowly taking over our world. Overall, it's a good supermarket that has everything you need. Florist, pharmacy, liquor, diapers, windex...you know, everything you would want for a Friday night. Plenty of parking. Good layout. Good staff. And a Blockbuster kiosk. ...and world-dominating deli robots.
